Amy and Larry may be one of the sweetest couples I have met. So in love, so comfortable and easy to get to know, and so excited about their future together. Just makes me smile :)
They met a few year ago in a computer class. Amy was running late to the first day and when she walked into the classroom there was only one seat left, next to this handsome gentleman, Larry. They started to chat and immediately clicked. And that’s where it all began! Next up, a fall 2013 wedding at the Foothills Golf Club.
I’ve been pretty antsy to share this engagement session, so here you are. Enjoy!

Emily, that shots underneath the tree branch with the red rocks in the background is STUNNING! The bride to be was smart to wear red too, stands out. ;) Great work!
I really love these pic of my brother and amy.
Emily, I am so glad you left your IT job! These are perfect! :)
Lynette and Rob go waaaaay back. All the way back to Middle School when Rob arrived to 7th grade as the new guy. They started as friends (although Rob insists he knew on day one that he had met his future wife…aawwww) and a few years later in high school it turned into love. On 11.24.12 they became husband and wife. Rob, you were right! :)
It was a beautiful day with family and friends, perfect weather, lots of laughter, and so much love.

This year I will be having a not-so-white Christmas. Meaning, we are spending the holidays in Arizona for a change! I am definitely going to miss the snow and all my family in Wisconsin (very, very much!), but I am also pretty excited to have my first Christmas here at home. Since we have spent the holidays in WI the last several years, we don’t usually put up too many decorations in the house, have only a small artificial tree in our kitchen decorated with chili pepper ornaments (not my idea I must say), and most of our shopping is done online so it is delivered directly to WI. BUT THIS YEAR, we have fully decked out the house in holiday lights, garland, stockings, a HUGE 9 foot REAL Christmas tree, a homemade wreath made from our tree trimmings, and even some fake snow scattered around. And I loooooove it! On top of that, I have been able to do my shopping in person and put them beautifully wrapped under the tree. Happy girl :)
Last week I was busily planning our annual family pictures and I am happy to report, we did it. And my hair looked good. More to come.
Thanks Diana Carver Photography!I recently got an email that I’ve been picked as a 2013 Best of Weddings Winner at The Knot!
Happy Happy Happy Wednesday!! (Yes, I’ve been watching Duck Dynasty)
