Rachel and Mark are the adorable duo whose love story began at In-n-Out Burger. And oh yes, we did their engagement session there!

On 11.10.12 they became husband and wife with an amazing group of family and friends. They laughed, they cried, and we all shivered a bit :) It was an unusually chilly and cloudy day in Phoenix, but I think it was just enough to make it lucky and make for some beautiful pictures.

The lovely DIY decor, the sunflowers, the converse shoes, the GORGEOUS dress, the cloudy skies…all brought the day together. Enjoy folks :)

WINNER UPDATE: Random.org picked the #9 commenter: Angie! HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!

It’s the end of November, Thanksgiving week, 5 weeks til Christmas! Oooooh, my most favorite time of the year!

Before we get carried away with baking (and eating), holiday parties, cheesy Christmas flicks, and shopping, we must first…do something very important…get the house decked out for the holidays!!! This year, more than usual, I CANNOT WAIT to get all our decorations out and try to get the 80 degree Arizona holiday season to feel like a very white Christmas (bragging and complaining). And despite what the hubby thinks or says, the decor and tree are going up this week! Who’s with me?

This month I’m sharing a couple fun, colorful, and practical items to spice up your own home for the holidays! Door mat and dishtowels :)

When: You can enter now through Wednesday, November 21st. The winner will be announced on Thanksgiving!
Who: Anyone and everyone that loooves Emily Snitzer Photography, and lives in the continental US with a valid postal address
How: All you need to do is comment below on this blog post, and be sure to enter your email address. Don’t worry, your email will only be visible to me. Easy beans!

Enter away and happy start-to-the-holidays!

Kim and Cameron were married on 10.29.12 at the Four Seasons Resort in Scottsdale. It was a destination wedding for them with only their closest of close family and friends, including Kim’s two girls, Cameron’s two boys…and their little dog too :) The day went on with tons of laughs, lots of love, and not a worry in the world.

Congrats to Kim and Cameron, and their new family of six!

Happy Birthday to ME!!!! Today I celebrate 29! Seems crazy to say, but I’m embracing it…Still in my 20’s for one more year, have an amazing husband that supports me in everything I do, get to spend my days doing something that I absolutely LOVE, and have two crazy dogs and an always entertaining little brother to make me smile and keep me on my toes on a daily basis. I so lucky! ♥

We’ve spent the last week in Wisconsin visiting the fam, the boys archery hunting, me enjoying afternoon naps, and also checking off a bucket list item…Packer game at Lambeau field! Bonus to this adventure, Packers playing the Arizona Cardinals! The road trip to Green Bay, bundling up for the cold, all the crazy Packer fans, the 3 Cardinals fans we saw (seriously), the AWESOME seats, the wooping we gave the Cardinals (hehe)…It was such a fun experience and I CANNOT wait for next time!!

Have a great week, friends!

Ali H. - EMILY, these blow my mind, you guys managed to capture seriously every second of love that day. My heart! It’s all puffy!

To say that this is my favorite wedding to have officiated, of all time, is an understatement, and yes, they’re good, close friends of mine, but oh! OH MAN. I wasn’t expecting to feel so much joy when I saw the photos as I do!

  • November 1, 2012 - 8:38 pm

Ali H. - To answer Heidi- the Bride’s shoes are by Iron Fist, they’re the Zombie Stomper flats- and the Bridesmaid’s are by Pleaser, it’s their Funtasma line, and they’re the X-Ray flats. =)
